This policy applies to one-time purchases for paid editor features on wordsearchprints.com.
1. General Policy
Because paid features are digital and delivered immediately, all purchases are generally final unless one of the refund cases below applies or applicable law requires otherwise.
2. When a Refund Is Available
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate amount.
- Technical failure: If paid features do not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue within 14 days of your first support request, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Legal requirement: We will provide refunds where required by applicable law.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Inability to use features due to user-side setup, device, or network issues outside our control.
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Time
